Jean McCurdy Meade, the retired Rector of Mount Olivet Episcopal Church in New Orleans, holds degrees from Agnes Scott College, Duke University, Notre Dame Seminary ( New Orleans,) and a PhD in Philosophy from Tulane University, where her dissertation was on “Aristotle, Aquinas, and Akrasia, or weakness of will.”
